Yes, we believe the ingredients you put on your skin and hair matter. That is why we find safe synthetic and natural alternatives. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. Lastly, we are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free as well!
I'm having problems with tracking a delivery. Can you help?
Our carrier usually takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating, please reach out to us as soon as you can via support@infinitelooks.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@infinitelooks.com ASAP, and we will attempt to change the delivery information. Please note due to the cost of shipping and handling, there is a $10 fee to reroute items returned to the warehouse.
